Jerusalem Artichoke's (Topinambhur) flower tea has quickly become one of the most popular and beloved teas within the PLŪKT tea collection. The way it tastes is rather incredible and nut-like with a delightful golden consistency. On top of that, it reduces one's level of sugar and is acknowledged as a dietary product.

The product consists of 35g of whole flowers of Jerusalem Artichoke.

Jerusalem Artichoke's flower tea

  • Take 1,5 - 2 tbsp of PLŪKT Jerusalem Artichoke's flowers, pour some hot water (nearly boiled). Let it stay for about 6 minutes. Add honey when the tea is cooled a bit. If the drink is too hot, only the sugar release.
